Scratch — Terms & Conditions Fully in Bangla

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, betting, lottery, and promotions on the Scratch platform (scratch.express). The Scratch platform is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company.

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
